If available, we will send you our booking form to complete to ensure we have all the details needed for your special event
Once complete, submit the form which will automatically make its way back to us. Alongside the form we require a £60 secutiy deposit (£80 for wedding packages) to secure your date
Once form & deposit are secured your date will be in our diary and we will start getting prepared!
You can sit back and relax!!
One week before the event you will receive an email to confirm set up and to collect the full balance of your hire
Within 48hrs of your event once all equipment has been inspected, your security deposit will be returned.
In order for your deposit to be refunded, there must be no marks/stains, dirt, food, damage from shoes/high heels, all balls must be back in the ball pool and all toys in the play area. Any damage to the play equipment makes you liable for extra repair/replacement costs. Please read our full T&Cs.
